The Cameroonian striker, Samuel Eto’o has finally hanged his boot after a professional playing career stretching 22 years for 13 clubs in six countries.
Playing 718 games, scoring 359 goals, 116 assists and winning 22 trophies is the best an African descendant can ever wish for .

The Cameroonian striker is 4 times CAF football player of the year,3 times Uefa champions League winner,3 times la Liga winner,2 times AFCON winner,1 time series A winner, 1 Olympic gold medalist, 2 times Copa Del Ray cup, 2 times coppa italia cup and also the highest goal scorer at the African cup of nation with 18 goals.

Samuel Eto’o is one of the greatest African footballers in to make history off the shores of Africa.
Playing for Barcelona, inter Milan, Chelsea among others have made him experience a lot as a professional footballer.

“Retiring at 38 is the best I could do as a professional footballer and I thank all those who have supported me through this journey” he started.
